How to buy:

Step 2) Click “continue Shopping”, repeat Step 1 and 2 until adding all products to the bag.

Step 3) Choose "Shopping to Hong Kong”. Click the box if you want registered mail(Optional).

Step 4) Choose on bank transfer

Step 5) Fill in your personal information and click on “checkout”.

Step 6) Scan / Take a photo of the bank transfer statement with your phone number and send it to us at athena.hhhh@gmail.com to confirm the payment within 3 days. We will send you an email when we have confirmed the payment. We will send out the products within 4 days of confirming the payment excluding all holidays.

#        Please note, if the product is out of stock or has stopped production, we will send you an email and refund your money. If there are some problems that will cause a delay of us delivering the goods, we will send you an email to notify you or you can ask for a refund within 24 hours.

 

Shipping:

The shipping fee for local shipping depends on the weight of the goods.

Returned orders due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will be sent again but the price would be paid by the customer.

   Postage rate:

  The import duties, taxes and charges are not included in the item price. These charges are the buyer’s responsibility. Please check with your country’s customs office to determine what these additional costs will be prior to bidding/buying.

   Items will be sent by REGISTERED AIR MAIL from Hong Kong. The service type used will depend upon the value and size of the good/s purchased. Signature is required upon delivery. Returned orders due to unclaimed, incomplete or incorrect address provided will be sent again but the price would be paid by the customer.

  Shipping occurs Monday through Friday excluding all holidays. Tracking Number will be available after shipping out. Normal Shipping Delivery Time will take around 7~15 working days to arrive excluding holidays after shipping out. The above delivery time is just estimated and not guarantee, which will be subject to the accessibility of the buyer and the local mail traffic. Please be noticed that there are usually considerable postal delays before and after long holidays like Christmas, New Year, Lunar New Year, Easter or if there are public holidays at your end, so please take this into consideration!    If you do not receive the item(s) after 3 weeks from the day of shipping, please inform us and we will send an enquiry form to Hong Kong Post Office or another delivery company to track the good/s. Hong Kong Post Office will send an official letter to your country's post office to request for the cargo status. Oversea mail enquiry may take around 1~3 months for investigation. We will inform you for the result when we have received their reply. We could upgrade the mail service to express ship by UPS or Hong Kong Speed Post (EMS) upon request. Delivery time will take around 3~7 working days to arrive after shipping out. Additional shipping cost is required and will vary by different country. Please contact us for the additional shipping cost before sending the payment.
